I am a director and writer working across documentary and fiction, with a background in journalism and theatre. For over 15 years I have worked in audio and video storytelling, directing award-winning radio documentaries and producing scripted and non-scripted video projects in institutional and cultural contexts. My work is driven by character, rhythm, and a strong attention to narrative structure.
I have directed a short documentary film that has been selected for international festivals, and I am currently developing and directing a low-budget narrative short film based on an original script. Alongside my personal projects, I work in video production, writing scripts, directing, and overseeing productions from development through post-production.
I trained extensively in theatre, with a focus on acting, stage language, movement, and performance analysis. This background strongly informs my approach to directing actors and shaping performances, as well as my interest in projects that balance emotional truth with cinematic form. I am particularly drawn to stories that explore intimacy, power, and the relationship between inner experience and social structures.
While my primary focus is directing, I am also open to collaborating in creative and production support roles on independent fiction projects, particularly where close engagement with storytelling and the director’s process is involved. My aim is to continue developing personal work in both documentary and fiction while contributing meaningfully to projects with artistic ambition and strong narrative vision.
